NWDC Terms and Conditions Contract

Private Camp: All private camps are required to have a minimum of 15 participants in OR & WA (18 participants for all other states) from their own team.

Hosting a Commuter Camp: Host team is required to have a minimum of 15 participants in OR & WA (18 participants for all other states) from their own team attend the camp. Host team is charged the commuter camp price when other teams are attending. If no teams attend and it ends up being a private camp, your team will be billed for the private camp price.

Commuter Camp Attendee: Any participant number is allowed to attend a commuter camp. However teams over 12 participants will benefit from receiving our instructional video of all camp routines.

Cancellations, participant number changes, and refunds: All team cancellations or participant number changes must be notified to NW Dance Company no later than two-weeks prior to your scheduled camp date. Without notification of cancellation you will be charged the full amount registered. Cancellations before the two-week mark will be refunded except for the non-refundable deposit fee of $25 per person.

Payment Policy: A deposit of $25 per person is due by June 1st. (Deposit non-refundable) The deposit secures your camp dates and is applied to the total cost. Full payment may be made payable at this time. The remaining balance is due no later than two weeks prior to your camp date. Full payment must be received prior to camp or services cannot be rendered. If purchase order is in process, but not yet in check form by your camp date, with document proof camp services will be delivered with a late fee of 5% of the total camp cost charged.

Method of Payment: We accept check, money order, and purchase order. For other methods of payment please contact NWDC for special arrangements. Please make check or money order payable to: Northwest Dance Company. DO NOT SEND CASH OR INDIVIDUAL CHECKS. If you use a purchase order please submit invoice to school two months in advance of camp to allow school district adequate processing time.
